Soaps actress Andrea Evans has died at age 66.
The actress, who rose to fame playing teenager Tina Lord on ‘One Life to Live’, passed away at her home in Pasadena, California on Sunday.

Andrea Lynn Evans was an actress born on June 18, 1957, in Aurora, Illinois.
While Evans was studying at the University of Illinois, she landed her first acting gig as an extra for the 1978 film The Fury.
The following year, Evans landed her first major role as Tina Lord in the hit ABC soap opera, One Life to Live.
She appeared on and off the show until 2011 when she retired her character.
While Evans played the role of Tina, she also appeared on both The Young and the Restless and The Bold and the Beautiful as Tawny Moore.
In 2000, Andrea appeared as Rebecca Hotchkiss in the soap show, Passions for a hefty 627 episodes.
The show was canceled in July 2007 though episodes ran through August 2008.
Evans is survived by her husband Stephen Rodriguez, whom she married in 1998, and their daughter Kylie.
She was previously married to her One Life to Live costar Wayne Massey from 1981 to 1983.

On July 9, 2023, Andrea Evans passed away after battling cancer.
The news broke after her former manager, Don Carroll confirmed the late actress’ passing.
Evan’s current manager, Nick Leicht, told PEOPLE: “I’ve been working with Andrea for the past 7 years.
“She was such a tremendous talent and an absolute joy to work with.”
