A lady named Ruth James has caused confusion and left men in panic after she threatened to name men she has deliberately infected with HIV.
Ruth James, often referred to by her fans as Min Nyangile, took to her Facebook page to make the threats in what seemed to be a revenge mission.

“I want to expose everyone i have given HIV,” posted Ruth on Tuesday morning via her Facebook account that has over 40,000 followers.
She went ahead to disclose that approximately 100 men who have slept with her before are currently stressed up.
“Itugona. Chuo 100 mar facebook dwa thoo gi stress,” she posted in her local dialect. (You are joking with me. 100 men on Facebook are so much stressed up and will die soon.) her post read

In her previous post that left many saddened and others attempting to reach out to her, the Kenyan woman lamented of having suffered so much and wished herself death.
“Dying is the best thing. I have suffered a lot,” read her first post.
Her posts have spark mixed reactions, many advising her neither to commit suicide nor publish the name while others making fun.
