Abdul Malik Kweku Baaku, the Editor-in-Chief of the New Crusading Guide newspaper and seasoned political analyst has won his defamatory suit against against the member of parliament for Assin Central, Hon. Kennedy Agyapong.
The lawmaker had used words Mr Baako considered were defamatory against him coupled with that, Mr Agyapong challenged Baako to pursue a lawsuit against him.

On Friday morning, the High Court came out with its ruling and ruled in favour of Mr Baako.
The court has thereafter given Mr Agyapong 30 days to withdraw and apologise on three consecutive times on the platforms he used to utter those slanderous comments against Kweku Baako.
Damage was set at Ghc100,000 with cost of Gh30,000.
