Hon. Kennedy Agyapong member of parliament for Assin Central said he owns 147 houses in Accra and Tema and Kumasi.
In an interview with Mamavi Owusu Aboagye of Joynews the MP mentioned that the buildings are on rent to corporations in the three cities mentioned above.

Questioned whether there’s money in real estate business, he said” In real estate, you don’t make much money but it makes you comfortable,”he noted.
He mentioned quite a number of estates and how much each earns him.
Speaking on other business that he owns, Hon. Agyapong promised never to direct any of his enterprises to a village.
The celebrated businessman reveals he is bent on doing so because is an exercise in sterility as rural dwellers are double crossers.

“The moment you establish the business in that village, they think you are stupid. The villagers…you think you are going to create jobs for them [but they think] you are stupid,” he added.
