Former Adom TV presenter, Nana Yaa Brefo, has set the record straight in her first interview after quitting Multimedia Group.
The broadcast journalist received public backlash after her controversial interview with Kumawood actress Nana Ama McBrown.

But Nana Yaa says she was misunderstood and was judged based on the short clips from the 3-hour interview.
She said she did nothing wrong and that she owes no apology to Nana Ama McBrown and Ghanaians .
“I don’t know what I did”, she told Kofi Adoma on Kofi TV.

Also, Nana Yaa Brefo said her controversial interview with Nana Ama McBrown didn’t influence her decision to resign from The Multimedia Group.
She said her decision to quit was personal and has nothing to do with her interview with Nana Ama McBrown.
“I won’t say that McBrown influenced my decision to quit; I would say t’s personal,” she told Kofi TV”, she revealed.

The presenter has also promised to reveal her next destination soon after leaving Adom TV.
