Don’t come begging for help in future – Shatta Wale warns Jackie Appiah [Video]

Shatta Wale says he’s praying Jackie Appiah does not come back in future begging Ghanaians to assist her when she falls sick and have nothing to rely on.

Recall Shatta Wale in an interview on 3fm claimed if the government wants to engage his services he has to be paid after the minister of information noted that there would be the need for celebrities to become COVID-19 ambassadors but won’t be paid.

This comes after Jackie Appiah questioned why Shatta Wale should ask for money before he agrees to become an ambassador for COVID-19.

According to her, she sees that as part of her social responsibility therefore there’s no need for her to be paid before giving back to society.

Speaking in an interview on TV3, Shatta Wale mentioned that he made the request not because he’s a money-conscious person but rather to send a message across to the government that celebrities/entertainers are business persons.

Adding that he asking the president to follow tradition doesn’t mean he only loves money but rather he just wanted the president to realize that those in the entertainment industry are also business people.

Shatta Wale disclosed that he’s been able to save a lot of money and will not be affected in case the disease persists for long.
