An angry lady identified as Esther who is an HIV patient, is hell bent on spreading the virus to as many men as possible because of how she contracted the disease.
This was made known in a leaked WhatsApp conversation between Esther, the HIV patient and her friend.

Esther had accused her sugar daddy of infecting her with the deadly disease and this made her angry, refuting every plea from her friend who advised her to tell her parents about the situation so she could start taking anti retroviral drugs.
According to her, she preferred infecting as many men as she can than to die alone. And no advice from her friend could persuade her to change her mind.
