Ghanaian afrobeat rapper Amg Medikal complains bitterly on his Twitter page about the rate at which the lights in his area are put off. He addressed his tweet to the president of Ghana, H. E Nana Addo Danquah saying that the way they constantly switch off the light in his area which he mentioned to be Adringanor is very bad.
According to Medikal, for the past one week they have been experiencing lights out throughout. He added that the year of return might turn out to be a year of departure meaning most Ghanaians will rather leave the country instead of returning.
Some of his fans however, also asked him to buy a generator instead since he is rich. The year of return came about with the idea of honoring all Ghanaians who in one way or another traveled abroad welcoming them back home into the country.
As it is commonly known, Yvonne Nelson also did a Vigil against ‘Dumsor’ during former president John Mahama’s term in power. Could this also be the same for Medikal?
